Jacque Gray portrays Mollie Walton, a Mooresville philanthropist and supporter of Rev. Sanders, the sleeping preacher.

Judge Paul Speake (1834-1900) was the Circuit Court Judge who brought law and order to Madison County in the early 1900's and put a stop to the lynchings. Here Fred Simpson, lawyer and author of The Sins of Madison County, portrays Judge Speake.

Sue Hensley told the audience about the gypsies who lived in Huntsville. There are several gypsy graves from the Mitchell family in Maple Hill including the gypsy "Queen."
