I couldn't give Terry's Pizza a rating at all; their service is just that bad. I made the mistake of ordering a delivery order and when the delivery man got to my door, the price had gone up by $1.14. Like any other person, I didn't think it was odd to call and ask why. So when I called, the female manager, who wouldn't give her name, answered and I politely said, "Yes, your driver is at my door...". She wouldn't even let me finish before yelling, "Yes, if you could read the coupon you would see..." Well the coupon says, "Medium twofer plus...one medium chef's special and one medium sausage OR pepperoni PLUS a two liter soft drink. Since I AM literate, which she didn't think so, I asked Josh (the manager in training who took my order) if it was ok to have Canadian bacon on the one topping instead of pepperoni or sausage. He told me that was just fine. Anyway, the female manager was extremely irate when telling me she just couldn't give me the Canadian bacon!

. After going up to the dirty establishment, she said we couldn't get our money back until two days later when the owner got back to the store. What kind of mess is that? I politely called the local police, but there wasn't anything they could do. Don't get me wrong, I had no problem with paying the extra $1.14, it was just the way a MANAGER handled my concerning questions. Where has good customer service gone? Surely not into the training of Terry's Pizza employees! Note that this was my first AND last experience with Terry's Pizza. What a shame!
