Tips, Tricks and Secrets to Living in
Huntsville
|
 |
|
There are a lot of things to learn about a city in order to live there
successfully. Sometimes it takes years to find out some of the
"secrets" and tricks to living a good life. I share tips in
every issue of my weekly
newsletter.
If you know some good tips,
please send them to me via email. I
hope you find something useful to you here and feel more at home in Huntsville.
Tips for Week of October 30,
2003
THINGS I LEARNED THIS WEEK:
-
Bishop's
Flowers, 1207 Meridian Street, will be accepting new and "gently
used" stuffed animals for the next few weeks and then use them as
ornaments to decorate a Christmas tree on the Children's Floor at the
Women's & Children's Hospital in Huntsville.
-
Home
Depot in Haysland Square on South Parkway is now open.
-
If
you receive an email urging you to "Have a nice Allhallowmas!", or
wishing you "Happy Allhallowmas", or even just "Allhallowmas",
the attached file is very likely all trick and no treat. Certain variants of
the Klez worm automatically adapt their message seasonally.
