I was very disappointed during my visit to Victoria's cafe. I went because my co-workers talked about it like it was the best place on earth. The decor was nice, the service seemed friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing.

They were out of the first two items that I chose. The food that we finally ordered took about 40 minutes to come out and it was cold.

We asked to speak to a manager and were told that they were not in.

It was not all that I had anticipated.
