Quietdale Plantation in Huntsville is the home of Ira and Billie Jones. This 1855 two-story Greek Revival house is on the National Register of Historic Places.  At one time, it was the family home of Dr. William Burritt, who left his final home to the city of Huntsville to be the first museum in Huntsville. Burritt on the Mountain--A Living Museum can be seen on Monte Sano Mountain.
