How to Delight in Summer
Summer can be a little warm in Huntsville, but with some careful planning it can be delightful, too.

- Attend the Jazz-N-June Concert at the Monte Sano Amphitheatre.
- Plan to attend all the "Concerts in the Park" from 6:30-8:00 p.m. in Big Spring Park. Concerts all summer long.
- Don't miss the Daylily & Fern Festival at the Madison County Botanical Gardens in June.
- Check out the annual Black Arts Festival on the grounds of WEUP radio station.
- Spend the 4th of July watching the City Fireworks Festival at Milton Frank Stadium.
- Tour the Burritt Museum & Park for living history in the 1850's & 1900's. Don't miss the 4 hiking trails to explore.
- Visit the U.S. Space & Rocket Center for the latest in space technology and a history of the space program. Bonus: it's air-conditioned!
