There's a new fun exhibit in town for the kids running from Sept. 30, 2006 through January 14, 2007. Now everyone can have fun while learning all about the weather. "Ms. Frizzle and her class at Scholastics The Magic School Bus™ Kicks Up A Storm!" is at Sci-Quest Hands-on Science Center. Now you can investigate the concepts and technologies of weather and meteorology in a hands-on environment based on Scholastics best-selling books and hit TV show.
Sci-Quest is located at 102-D Wynn Drive in Huntsville. Hours are Tuesday-Friday, 9 am-4 pm; Saturday, 10 am-6 pm; and Sunday, 1-5 pm. Closed Mondays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. For more info, call (256) 837-0606.
