Friends of Ferals is a very small group of dedicated volunteers. Most of the homeless cats we have trapped have been rescued from dangerous situations. Some have been retrieved from dumpsters, drainage ditches, parking lots, drug infested areas, abandoned buildings, apartment complexes and hotel premises. We are not able to return most of these cats to their original colony so they are being housed in FoF members' homes until a permanent home can be found. Many are not unsociable wild cats, but sweet wonderful pets who became homeless somehow and we offer these for adoption at PetSmart Jones Valley. The rescued cats often require medical attention and need medications for various reasons though. The medical expenses have to be paid and are normally paid from Friends of Ferals members' personal accounts. Any type of donation that can be made is greatly appreciated and is tax deductible. Please join us to help these kitties. You may contact one of our volunteers at Petsmart Jones Valley during adoption times below, email fof_hsv@myway.com or call 256-489-2287 .
Thank you for caring!
