Introducing Christa...

Christa Wants To Be an Only Cat!

Friends of Ferals is highlighting "Christa" as their Cat of the Week. Christa is a sweet, very loving kitty that was found on the Greenway path behind Challenger School. A walker found her begging for food there and asked Friends of Ferals to help. She was only about six months old and had had kittens, but none survived.

She is pretty dainty for being an adult cat, probably the result of her early hard life on her own. Christa has been very healthy after getting good food and care. Like all Friends of Ferals kitties, she has been spayed and is up to date on her shots.

Christa really loves to be held and petted but does not like being around other cats, so she needs to be the only cat in the family. She tolerates dogs very well though - Christa lives with three Labrador mixes.

She is hoping that special forever home will be found for her soon, as she has lots of love to give her new family.

As with all Friends of Ferals cats for adoption, she has been spayed, and has had shots and tests. For more information on her, or to meet her, please contact her foster mom Margaret at mlstephens@knology.net or call (256) 880-2379.
