A man found her on the Parkway. She was very under weight and scared when she was brought in. McKinney was aggressive when she first came in the shelter, but is getting much better with time. Now she is very loving and playful, and likes to jump on your back when you bend over.
She also now gets along great with the other cats and demands her own time and attention. We don¹t know how she will react to dogs. This loving and playful cat has a bit of an attitude and may take some time getting used to her new home. But with love and affection, McKinney could be the one cat you have been searching for.
Be sure and stop by soon at the Huntsville Animal Shelter on Triana Blvd. from 9 am to 5 pm on Monday-Friday or Saturday 9 am-3 pm to meet McKinney or any of the other cats or dogs on Adoption Row. There is a large selection to chose from and all are anxiously awaiting a new home. For more information, call 883-3782.
