Huntsville/Madison County Health Dept. report before you next outting. This is a pretty good report--not one of the 64 restaurants inspected failed to make a passing grade and one even made a perfect score of 100. Some of the places visited included Waffle House, Little Paul's Gibson Barbecue, Steak-Out, Cafe Baba, Cantina Laredo, Salsarita's, Lawler's Barbecue Express, Bruegger's, Ol' Heildelberg, Victoria's Cafe, The Chocolate Crocodile, Kentucky Fried Chicken, plus many more.

The weather is perfect this time of year. I've heard lots of people say that fall is there favorite time of year. I don't know if it's because I was born in spring or that I lived in Iowa for 30 years, but I try not to get too excited about fall. In Iowa, I learned that fall lasts about two weeks...and then the bitter, cold, snowy winter lasts for about 7 months! No...fall isn't my favorite time of year--I prefer spring, when everything comes back to life and we have three nice, warm seasons to look forward to. What's your favorite time of year?
