We wrap up November in the Shoals with an event that I've been looking forward to for months. On Monday November 21st The violin-and-fiddle spectacular
Bowfire is coming to Norton Auditorium, on the University of North Alabama campus in Florence. The group is made up of eleven critically acclaimed violinists and fiddlers from diverse backgrounds. The performance encompasses an eclectic mix of musical styles including country, rock, blue grass, gypsy, Celtic, jazz and classical. Mix in incredible step and tap dancing, beautiful vocals, great sound quality and choreography, dramatic lighting, set design and dynamic costumes and you have all the elements of this unique performance. The group has won critical acclaim internationally and we are certainly lucky to welcome them to the Shoals. I encourage everyone to visit the
