Main Bistro, 2 blocks west of the railroad tracks on Main Street in Hartselle presents a dinner theatre - reservations only -- Friday, October 7 and Saturday, October 8.
"Song of Louise in the Morning" by Patricia Joudry stars Jane Walker from Hartselle and Sylvia Barham and Jerry Puckett of Decatur. Beginning at 7 p.m. at a cost of $25 for a Cajun buffet and show. Menu of Caesar salad; cheese grits casserole with red bean sauce; creamy Cajun chicken and sausage; shrimp creole, vegetables; jalapeno cornbread; herbed French bread; varied desserts; and iced teas. Carnegie Visual Arts Center at 207 Church St NE will feature the works of Michael Schreck for the month. Lions, tigers, zebras and Native American portraits. Hours are 10-5 Tuesday thru Saturday free admission.
