The acclaimed chef James Matterer at Gode Cookery will prepare the authentic Renaissance feast. He has studied the cuisine of the period extensively and has been featured on the food channel twice because of his expertise. My sources tell me the feast is not only authentic, but also delicious which is after all what really counts.
