On September 6th the Shoals Culinary Center will offer a "Tailgating Parties Made Easy" class. The lesson plan is designed to teach you how to host tailgating parties even your college age children will want to attend. You will receive a master list, menus, recipes, how to pack instructions, how to transport advice and how to set-up information. A cooking class using some of the recipes will also be included and participants will enjoy the meal after class. The class will be held at Shoals Commercial Culinary Center, 610 W. College St. in Florence at 6:00 p.m. The cost is $30 per person. Call Sherry Campbell at (256) 764-0044 for more information.
