Bear is very friendly and will make a wonderful pet for a lucky family. He is good with other dogs and cats.
Bear is very enthusiastic about everything, especially greeting people. He loves toys and loves to wallow around in his bed. The only problem is, every now and then, like all lovely 9 month old labs, the mood will strike him to try to eat his bed. He is still in the chewing stage, so he will need to be provided with chew toys to keep him busy.
Bear would be best with children 8 and over. He will need a fenced yard to run and play in, but will prefer to live inside with the family most of the time. Come and visit him soon at the shelter.
You can visit Bear and the other dogs and cats up for adoption at the Greater Huntsville Humane Society on Johnson Road from Tues - Sat from 11 am to 4 pm.
