Dog of the Week: Jake

By Jean Brandau, About.com Guide

Introducing Jake...

Jake is a spunky, fun dog, looking for a home of his own.

This week Greater Huntsville Humane Society is featuring "Jake" as their Dog of the Week. Jake is a four-year old Papillon. Jake is black and white with lovely soft fur. He has small spots of brown over each eye, and also has a little bit of brown around his muzzle.

Jake is fairly small, so he would do good in a house or an apartment. Jake is a fun little dog with lots of spunk and would love to have someone who wants to play with him.

Jake seems to like other dogs, but we don't know about cats since he hasn't been around any.

You can visit Winston and the other dogs and cats available for adoption at the Greater Huntsville Humane Society on Johnson Road from Tues - Sat at 11 am to 4 pm. The Shelter's phone number is (256)881-8081.
