Free Three Caves Tour
2 p.m. Free. Visitors will see rocks that turn green in the light, baby stalagmites & smooth calcified rocks known as cave pearls. Directions: Off California Street, turn onto Hermitage & go all the way up the hill, left onto Kennemer Drive, park in The Land Trust parking lot (last gate at the end of the street). Huntsville Herb Society Herb Fair
9 am - 1:30 pm or supplies sell out in the arbor at Huntsville Botanical Garden. Every other year, the Huntsville Herb Society hosts a fair and introduces new and different items for sale to the public, including tried-and-true herb varieties, herb mixes, teas, vinegars, mustards and wreaths prepared by the society. Huntsville Photographic Society
As part of the Huntsville Photographic Societies' Fiftieth Anniversary activities, thirteen different subjects were photographed in the Huntsville area over a two week period. A projected program will allow the members to view the results and winning entries. It will take place on Monday July 10th, 7:00 PM in the Huntsville Public Library, located at 915 Monroe Street. Visitors welcome.
