What is Big Spring Jam?
Huntsville, Alabama's Big Spring Jam is one of the largest annual music festivals in the Southeastern United States. It is recognized by the Southeastern Tourism Association as one of the top ten September events in the Southeast. Since its debut in 1993, Big Spring Jam has donated almost half a million dollars to area charities, health and human services agencies and arts and entertainment organizations.
Who puts on the Jam?
The Jam is a major project of the not-for-profit Huntsville Heritage Foundation. Partners also include the Von Braun Center and the city of Huntsville.
Stage sponsors include radio stations WDRM-FM Country 102, WRTT-FM Rocket 95.1 and WAHR-FM Star 99, Redstone Federal Credit Union, Platinum Mortgage, Corr Wireless, First Baptist Church of Huntsville, Railroad Bazaar and Knology.
Where is the Jam held?
In downtown Huntsville's Big Spring International Park across from the Von Braun Center and beside the Huntsville Museum of Art.
What are the dates and times of this year's Jam?
The dates and gate hours are:
Friday, September 24th– 5:30pm to midnight
Saturday, September 25th– 1:30pm to midnight
Sunday, September 26th – 1:30pm to 10:30 pm
Where can I get a schedule?
Pocket schedules are available at ticket locations throughout Huntsville and North Alabama and will be at gates during the Jam while supplies last. The Huntsville Times will also publish special Jam inserts. You can also print out a schedule from the Big Spring Jam website.

PERFORMERS
What acts will be playing this year?
Some of the hottest and most resilient music acts spanning the past four decades highlight this year's 12th anniversary of the Big Spring Jam. Major artists committed to appear include country superstar Wynonna, alternative rockers Switchfoot and Live, contemporary-folk turned techno-pop queen Jewel, Southern rock legend Lynyrd Skynyrd and P-Funk architect George Clinton with his groups Parliament and Funkadelic. Where do I buy tickets and what do they cost?

The best value is a three-day advance pass for $35. Purchase advance tickets at the Von Braun Center box office, any Ticketmaster outlet, by phone at(800) 277-1700 or at www.ticketmaster.com . Please note service charges and handling fees will be added when tickets are purchased through Ticketmaster. Tickets purchased online must be mailed to the credit card holder's address as there will be no Will Call for the Jam.

Athree-day pass purchased at the gate is $40.

A single-day pass is $20 and must be purchased at the gate on the day you plan to attend. Children nine and under get in free if accompanied by a paying adult.

Weekend passes are also available at AmSouth Bank, Colonial Bank, Redstone Federal Credit Union, Regions Bank, SouthBank, SouthTrust Bank and Railroad Bazaar.

What are Corporate Tickets?
Most major employers in the Huntsville metro area will provide ticket outlets for employees. Please check with your human resources department or if your organization is interested in becoming a ticket outlet send an email to bsjoffice@bigspringjam.org .
Under what conditions would you grant refunds?
All sales of tickets are final. Schedules at Big Spring Jam are subject to change without notice. All performances are rain or shine. No refund of admission fee will be made in the event of cancellation of performances.
What if it rains?
The Big Spring Jam will take place rain or shine. Should inclement weather occur while Big Spring Park is occupied by the Jam, announcements will be made at each stage to advise Jam attendees and participants of the appropriate actions to take. Tickets will not be refunded based on inclement weather.
Will I get a refund if a favorite performer cancels?
No. We cannot be responsible for artists who cancel. The festival features more than 110 musical acts from a variety of musical genres and is a tremendous entertainment value.
