Harmony Park Preserve Opens Season
Admission charged. 10 am-Sundown. Observe antelope, oryx, zebra, zebu, tortoises, lizards, llamas, deer & a camel while driving in the safety of your car. South on Memorial Parkway, left onto Hobbs Island Road, go about 9 miles, right onto Cloud's Cove Road, 431 Cloud's Cove Road. For more info, call (877) 726-4625.

Sci-Quest's Immersive Theater
Admission charged. Tues.-Fri. 9 am -4 pm , Sat. 10 am -6 pm , Sun. 1-5 pm , Closed Monday. At Sci-Quest, 102-D Wynn Drive. "Virtual Vortex" is an interactive 3-D presentation. Facilitators will lead audiences through the formation of a thunderstorm, conditions needed for a tornado to form & how a tornado moves once on the ground. For more information, call (256) 837-0606.

Big Bugs
Admission charged. Mon.-Sat. 9AM-5 pm & Sun. 1-5 pm at Huntsville Botanical Garden, 4747 Bob Wallace Avenue. The Garden is being invaded by ten humongous bugs that will swarm throughout it. Get a bug's eye view of the world with this unique educational program. For more info, call (256) 830-4447.

Big Band Bash XVI (Decatur)

Sacred Harp Concert

Huntsville Art in Bloom
Admission charged. . Huntsville Museum of Art-- Art in Bloom is the place to be to see Mimi Brown from Flower Magazine, and other local designers in action. Great Moonbuggy Race
Admission charged. 8 am -5 pm at U.S. Space & Rocket Center, One Tranquility Base. See high school & college students race human-powered "moonbuggies" over a half-mile of simulated lunar terrain. High school students race Friday & college students Saturday. For more info, call (256) 837-3400.

April 3-5
Spring Market
Admission charged. Fri.-Sat. 9 am -4 pm & Sun. 1-5 pm. The Market will feature vendors from across the country & events related to cooking, gardening, home decor, fashion & crafts with a spring-time focus.
