Candlelight Christmas Memorial
Free. 6-7 pm at Maple Hill Cemetery, 202 Maple Hill Drive. Lighted luminaries halo the graves of the unknown Confederate Soldiers & ribbon & greenery will adorn the iron fence. An honor guard will be posted. Re-enactors will be dressed in period attire. The United Daughters of the Confederacy & the Sons of Confederate Veterans will remember the soldiers in word & song. Madison Holiday Parade
Free. 5:30 pm starting at Hughes Road going to downtown Madison. "All I Want For Christmas!" Enjoy the warmth of Madison's historic district at the town's Christmas parade. Families will gather for an old-fashioned celebration on the downtown Village Green after the parade, listen to carolers & instrumental music around the Roundhouse & sip hot chocolate at the Gazebo. Live Nativity Scenes & Open House

Come to the heart of Old Town where beautiful luminaries line the streets of the community & we share in the Christmas spirit. Outside the sanctuary, visit the live Nativity & watch for the Wise Men to come from the East at 7 pm. Inside, warm up with hot chocolate, refreshments, homemade cookies & children's activities. Luminary Night Celebration
Free. 4-6 pm at First United Methodist Church, 120 Green Street. The spirit of the 14th century joins with the 19th, 20th & 21st centuries for a Christmas celebration. Outside the Sanctuary you will find colorfully dressed characters from 14th century England & contemporary carolers singing & greeting you, refreshments & entertainment will be found in the Wesley Center.
