Teen Pop Culture Ornaments Class
Free. 6-7 pm at Madison Public Library, 130 Plaza Boulevard. Join Madison Public Library Youth Services Librarian Mandy as she brings out pop culture icon material to transform into funky, kitschy ornaments. Children's Ornament Class
Admission charged. 4-5 pm at Madison Public Library, 130 Plaza Boulevard. join Madsion Public Library Youth Services Librarians Mandy & Maggie to make cool holiday ornaments, just in time for the gift-giving season. The Living Christmas Tree
Free. Thurs.-Fri. 7:30 pm, Sat. 4:30 & 7:30 pm & Sun. 3 & 5 pm. Sun. at 3 will be a shortened program for younger children & their families. First Baptist Church, 600 Governors Drive. The Living Christmas Tree must be experienced. It is a worship service with deep spiritual meaning & we believe it will be a memorable highlight to your Christmas observance. One hundred & fifty singers will bring a thirty-nine foot Christmas tree to life. Discounts: Free tickets are available upon request. Contact the music office of the First Baptist Church. Times Classic Girls Basketball Tournament

Festival Of Sacred Christmas Music
Admission charged. 2 & 7 pm at Von Braun Center Concert Hall, 700 Monroe Street. Reclaim, proclaim & celebrate Christmas the "old fashioned" way; honor the One whose birth we celebrate. Featured this year: Mark Lowry, LordSong, Stan Whitmire, Bob Smith, The Ball Brothers, The Lamb Family Violin Ensemble, Mike Ball & the Madison Mountaintop Band, Nina Li Violin Students & Lauren Guthrie. Come join us as we discover the secret of glass, plastic & clay ornaments. We'll even give you a scientific explanation as to why tinsel sticks to everything. You'll make an ornament to take home. News Years Eve At Hays Preserve
Free. 9-Midnight at Highway 431 past Hampton Cove, left at mile marker 324. Bundle up for a nite hike, bonfire & potluck. You will get home in plenty of time to watch the Ball Drop.
