"Just got home a few hours ago from NYC and The Today Show. I'll tell you my whole story and how I'm basically in heaven right now. I went with my friend Brent, who I've known since Kindergarten. We woke up at 3:30 in the morning (I went to bed at midnight) and we took a train at 4:45. On the train, I was so excited, but really nervous.
We got to New York around 5:50. Quickly, we took a cab to where the Today Show would be. I saw the stage and freaked out. He isn't out yet and there weren't many people there. I was wearing my shirt that I made and holding my sign, and it was obvious how excited I was. A woman came up to me and said, "Hi, excuse me, I see your sign and shirt and that you're a huge Taylor fan and I just got the inside scoop. He's performing on the next street, this is just the interview spot, so if you want to see that, go get in line." I thanked her and grabbed my friend and we ran to the next street. The line was already pretty long.
