The 2004 Taste of Huntsville was held at the wonderful U.S. Space & Rocket Center. It's always fun to sample treats from every imaginable restaurant in Huntsville with rockets and space exhibits in the background! There's something special about parading through the building when it's closed to tourists for the day. There are so many nooks, hallways, and little corner areas to discover at the USSRC. At "The Taste of Huntsville" there was a new grouping of food displays to greet the "taster" around every bend in the building. I was there for an hour before I found some of the best food!

The Taste of Huntsville is an annual fundraising event sponsored by the Hospitality Association. The 2004 event benefited the United Cerebral Palsy Association.

The Taste of Huntsville 2004 included some of the best restaurants and food people in Huntsville: 801 Franklin, Applebees, Buffalo Rock Catering, Coca-Cola, Domino's Pizza, Dreamland Bar-B-Que, Holiday Inn Research Park, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Landry's Seafood House, Lofton's at Huntsville Hilton, Magnolia Confections(one of the most popular spots of the night!), McAllister's Deli, O'Charley's, Purity Ice Cream, Radisson Suite Hotel, Red Lobster, Rosie's Restaurants, Royal Cup Coffee, Supreme Beverage Company, Sweet Dreams, Turner Beverage, U.S. Space & Rocket Center , and the Von Braun Center.

Taste of Huntsville had just what we needed--more food...delicious food...plentiful food. The Taste of Huntsville is truly a glutton's paradise. If you didn't make it to this year's event, let me share some of my Taste of Huntsville photos with you so you can see what you're missing...then next year, you can get your ticket early. Don't say I didn't clue you in!
