To stay healthy:

• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Wash hands well and often with soap and water.
• Use a hand sanitizer if soap and water is not available.
• Keep hands away from your eyes, nose and mouth so that germs don't have a way in.
• Remind others about protective actions they can take. If sick, don't spread germs to others.
• Cover mouth and nose with a tissue during and after sneezing and coughing.
• Put tissues into the trash.
• Wash hands with soap and water.
• Stay home.
