Bob Jones High School - Culinary Arts & Hospitality Academy

A lot of hard work, grant writing and persuasion resulted in Chef Judy Brown's dream coming true. She laughs and says that she's known as the "Million Dollar Chef" around the educational system. "I know I'm lucky, but I've worked hard for it," says this award-winning teacher at Bob Jones High School's Culinary Arts & Hospitality Academy. Her hard work has paid off with a magnificient, fully-equipped industrial kitchen that, she admits, most restaurant owners would, and do, envy. Equipment can cost over $50,000.
