Luck of the Draw...

The Culinary Arts & Hospitality Academy was established in January 2003. The first year that the course was available, 700 students applied for the class, but only 144 spaces were available. A lottery system was just to chose who would get class.

The second year, 900 students applied to take the course. And the third year, 1,000 students threw their names in the hat. For safety reasons, only 24 students are taken in each section and divided into 4 groups of 5 and one group of 4 students.
