Level III is reserved for students who are interested in pursuing careers in food service and hospitality. These students wear blue hats and are the teacher's assistant. They learn how to budget, plan, grocery shop, set up labs and manage catering functions.

Bob Jones High School and Madison City keep the students in Chef Brown's classes busy with all the meetings and functions that they need catered. There is a cosy dining room just off the industrial kitchen where meals and teas are served.
