What was your favorite breakfast cereal?:

Frosted Flakes.

What was your favorite Saturday morning show? :

Mighty Mouse.

What did you do after school or on weekends?:

Rode a homemade go-cart.

Who was your hero or role model?:

My dad, Clarence L. Kaylor.

What did you want to be when you grew up?:

A fireman or the ice cream man.

Did you have a crush on a celebrity?:

Probably Annette Funicello or Patty Duke.

Who was your favorite music group?:

Buddy Holly was my hero. I was devastated when he died.

In high school, what was your reputation or nickname?:

First my nickname was Cassius (after Cassius Clay) and later Zit (I really didn't have acne). They were combined and I became Cazit.

What is your favorite classic TV show?:

My favorite show as a child was Captain Kangaroo in the morning; Dobie Gillis at night.

If you could, what would be the one thing you'd change about your childhood?:

I spent three years walking on crutches because of Legg-Perthese Disease in my left hip. Although I was only 5 when diagnosed, I missed a lot of sports later because of it.
