The Skating Club of Huntsville has two annual skating shows--one in the spring and one at Christmas. The 2007 Holiday Show was entitled "Rocky Mountain Christmas" and featured over 50 local skaters. This year's show was dedicated to the memory of Dick Stutzke, one of the adult skaters who past away last year.
This is one of the best fun and family-friendly events of the Holiday Season each year. It is inspiring to see all the kids of various ages, working hard and presenting such a challenging show. With all the bad press children get these days, it's nice to see what some of the good kids are doing.
Take time next year to bundle up and take the whole family to this entertaining show and think about making it a tradition in your family.
