Her mother, Gretchen, says of Rue: My daughter, Rue, should be named "2005 Cutest Baby in Huntsville" because she makes everyone smile. At first look Rue is definatly a cutie pie, some may say a ham. She has a way of grabbing others attention with her big blue eyes and then she has you. By far her "cutest" quality is her personality.
