Recently, my friend Nancy & I stopped in at Dolce
to sample their new menu, created by their Corporate Executive Chef, Don Diem, who's in Huntsville for a few weeks just for this purpose. The menu features the cuisine of northern Italy and emphasizes more classical Italian dishes such as "Four Cheese Ravioli," "Spaghetti and Meatballs," and "Lobster Ravioli."
The service was excellent as Nancy & I settled into our booth in the sleek restaurant. White tablecloths and candles set on the tables and around the room, plus an electric fireplace with a blazing fire created a cozy atmosphere on a cold night. Little did we know that we were about to eat the most delectable meal either of us had ever had!
