Leases have been signed with nationally recognized tenants including: P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Coldwater Creek, DSW, Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salon, Francesca’s and Monaco Pictures. In addition, several specialty retailers and restaurants have committed to the project including: Anthropologie, Ann Taylor Loft, Chico’s, White House/Black Market, Soma, J. Jill, Brighton Collectibles, Victoria’s Secret, Bath and Body Works, Reed Jewelers, Acorn, Sullivan’s Steakhouse, Connor’s Seafood and Bravo Cucina.
Huntsville will be first for Monaco Pictures, a state-of-the-art, 14-screen multiplex which will bring a new level of luxury and service to the movie theatre experience in Huntsville. Monaco Pictures has been designed to have the quality, ambiance and feel of a luxury hotel with sleek and modern interior design. Features include: stadium theatres with oversized luxury seating, unique food and concession offerings, cutting-edge digital sound and projection technology, wall-to-wall screens, and plasma screen viewing areas. In addition, a concierge style interior box office offer unique guest services and every Monaco Pictures will have a VIP membership program.
The Bridge Street Town Centre project will open in phases with the retail, movie theatre and office components opening in the summer 2007, the hotel opening in October 2007 and the residences available for move-ins in November 2007.
O & S Holdings, LLC was formed in 1992 by Gary Safady and his cousin Paul Orfalea, who founded Kinko’s Copies. O&S Holdings and its affiliates own more than eighty properties in the United States, including the Louisiana Boardwalk – a 550,000 square foot waterfront entertainment and outlet shopping center anchored by Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World and a 14 screen Regal Theater. Also under development is the 1.1 million square foot Bridge Street Town Centre in McKinney, Texas.
