The Trees of Christmas at the Tennessee Valley Art Center

The weekend of December 2-4 certainly is a fun time to visit the Shoals and celebrate the holiday season. The "Trees of Christmas" annual showing of live Christmas trees decorated in fun themes by different individuals and groups opens at the Tennessee Valley Art Center on December 2nd and the exhibit continues until December 24th. The groups who decorated the trees range from the Shoals Master Gardeners to the local Red Hat Society and there is always plenty of creativity and imagination on display. The Tennessee Valley Art Center is located at 511 North Water Street, Tuscumbia and Hours are Mon.-Fri: 9a.m.-5p.m.; Sat. 10a.m.-2 p.m.; Sun 2p.m.-4p.m.
