Ebony Fashion Fair...Times Daily Bridal Fair...

Brides are in Spotlight during January

The middle of the month is all about style. The Ebony Fashion Fair comes to town on January 12th. This is the world's largest traveling fashion show. More than 300,000 patrons attend the show each year. The show enables organizations to raise money for charitable causes. The show will be held at the Florence Middle School/Freshmen Center, 658 N. Cherry St., Florence. It starts at 7:30 pm and admission is $25.00. Call (256) 383-1294 or (256) 766-4224 for more information.

On January 15ththe Times Daily hosts their annual Bridal Fair. Local wedding professionals will be on hand to talk about what they offer the bride to be. The Shoals is becoming a destination for couples outside the area who are looking for special or unusual locations to hold their nuptials. There are a number of historic homes and river front parks available for such celebrations. The lovely photo above was taken at Spring Park in Tuscumbia.
