Body treatments can get quite messy. Tatiana's room has a shower in it, though, so clean-up and a quick shower afterwards makes it easy and convenient. I had the Slim & Tone body wrap. This particular treatment is suppose to help fight cellulite. It contains green coffee and natural enzymes and prompts your body to break down fat and increase metabolism. It's an excellent treatment to boost your skin's texture and help smooth any spongy, dimply appearance. My whole body was glowing for days afterwards--it really helped the circulation.
There are several body wraps available: seaweed helps to detoxify and re-hydrates and re-mineralizes dry, depleted skin. There's a mineral-rich desert sand treatment that is good for tired muscles. The volcanic ash wrap is a purifying source for skin cleansing and often used on problematic skin. You can also choose from different aromatherapy salt rubs to relax sore muscles and increase blood circulation. This is ideal for those with rheumatism and arthritis pain.
I asked Tatiana how often someone should get a body wrap for the best benefit and she suggested every week at first and then once a month to help keep all the toxins out. This is more a health necessity with all the toxins we ingest, than a luxury. But it does feel good, too!
