When your feet hurt, nothing seems right with the world. So, a relaxing foot soak is just what the doctor ordered, I like to think. Avant Day Spa has two chairs with ceramic sinks. Most spas have fiberglass sinks for their foot soaks, but Avant Day Spa feels that those will get porous over time and store germs. To be safe and clean, Avant uses these chairs.
Another unique feature of Avant is the products they use. Everything is top of the line. They are the only spa in Huntsville to use Hapuna Massage Oil along with a Hapuna Lava Ash Scrub which is a thermal mask that heats up when mixed together and "medicates, resonates and stimulates." Afterwards I enjoyed a conditioner and cleanser, and great foot massage--Exhilarating! Avant offers three types of pedicures at reasonable prices: express pedicure, full pedicure and spa pedicure (which includes foot soak, extensive cuticle treatment, intensive exfoliation of the feet, foot mask, foot massage, paraffin dip, clip, file and polish).
