I've had many facials over the last couple years, so I was sure I knew what to expect. Not so--this facial was like no other! Galina was a doctor of general medicine in Russia. She then became interested in dermatology and cosmetology and took courses to be licensed in those fields. She is very health-conscious and believes that the face is like a mirror and that our skin is a result of a combination of what we eat and our lifestyle.
My consultation before the facial included a comprehensive look at my health and physical concerns. I pointed out to Galina that her educational experience is the complete opposite of training in the United States. Most doctors aren't licensed estheticians!
