You Are Covered With Clay

Huntsville Medical Spa #5
After a protective layer of fabric is wrapped around your body, the algae-infused, electricity-conducive clay is applied to the skin and the electrodes are placed onto the selected contact points. "These electrodes conduct the galvanic and faradic stimulation. Galvanic stimulation uses the positive and negative ions in such a way as to deeply extract toxins from within the skin and body. Faradic stimulation seeks to restore weak and injured tissues and promote muscle tone and skin firmness through electrical muscle contractions." As the clay hardens, your body quickly becomes warm.

The therapist is specially trained to control how strong the impulses are and how deep they go into the layers of skin. She calibrates how much electricity to give you to be comfortable. It is hard to explain the sensation that you will feel during the procedure. It's kind of like the tingling that you feel when you try to awaken your foot after it's fallen asleep.

This is a passive "exercise" but it is exercise. It's really what we've always wanted, like doing sit-ups in your sleep! The next day, I felt a little sore when I laughed; but otherwise, I couldn't tell any side effects.
