My schedule at Heavenly Spa included the perfect blend of services. First, I had the “heavenly body ritual.” This 80-minute treatment begins with “a nourishing and hydrating body exfoliation using tropical oil infused natural sugars combined with a relaxing massage.” I look body scrubs & wraps…they are messy, but in the end your skin is almost as fresh as a baby’s! I was wrapped in warm linens to help hydration and repair skin damage. Finally, my treatment ended with a classic “Fijian scalp massage” using warmed coconut oil to infuse the hair and scalp with vitamins A, B, C, and E. Note that this leaves your hair a mess (so don’t make any big plans for after your spa day). There is a shower and shampoo and hair supplies in the locker room…but if you can, you’ll want to leave this in your hair as long as possible to get all the benefits.
