Marsh also explains what he thinks the show is about (because you might be a little confused if you don't understand this): "To me, it's a little story about how looks can be deceiving, about how we shouldn't judge a book by its cover, about how little we really know each other--you know, all the little cliches."
If you keep his remarks in mind, don't let bad words upset you, and sit back and relax, you'll have an evening of laughter and surprises ahead of you. In fact, I think this is one of the "fastest first acts" I've ever seen. Not that it was short, it was around one hour long--it was just so witty and charming, I wasn't checking my watch and was surprised when the actors departed the stage and the lights came up. I was so engrossed in the show that I kept forgetting to take pictures or notes!
