Ars Nova presents Hello, Dolly! onstage at VBC PLAYHOUSE
November 12, 13, 19 & 20 at 7:30 p.m.
November 13, 14 & 20 at 2:30 p.m.

Some of the musical numbers in this show includes: Before The Parade Passes By, Hello, Dolly!, It Takes A Woman, and Put On Your Sunday Clothes.

Huntsville's production of this classic features two actors sharing the roles of Dolly, Horace, and Minnie on alternating nights; so if you want to see a particular actor, you need to know which night they are onstage. The night I reviewed the show, Dixie Harrison was Dolly. Dixie, as some of you may recall, won a Wings Award for her portrayal of Daisy in Driving Miss Daisy. I didn't see it, but it's hard to believe such a young, pretty thing would have been cast in that role! However, it's easy to see how she landed the role of Dolly in this show--she has a beautiful singing voice!
