Rick Bragg...George Lindsey Film Festival...

On February 13th best selling author Rick Bragg will give a public lecture on the UNA campus. Bragg is the 1996 Pulitzer Prize winner for feature writing, and former New York Times reporter. He was also a 1992 Nieman Fellow. The lecture starts at 7pm and takes place in Norton Auditorium.

Film fans will want to make plans now to attend the George Lindsey UNA Film Festival March 3-5, 2006. First Friday’s in Florence organizers have some special don’t miss events planned that will tie into the film festival.
