Larger meeting rooms also available. Check with library staff. Meeting rooms A and B are separated by an accordion divider and can be easily merged into one expanded room. The fee for using the expanded room is $10 for the first hour and $5 for each succeeding hour or portion of an hour. A dry erase board is in the room, but you have to bring your own markers. The expanded room seats up to 30 people or so. The audio-visual equipment they have is available for rent at $10 per item per use and is older vintage (slide projector, overhead projector, TV and VCR). The same main library branch has an auditorium available for rent.. Some Huntsville library branches (e.g., Eleanor E. Murphy branch on Charlotte Drive) offer meeting rooms under similar terms.
